| One On One Internet's outstanding technical and personal service has made all the difference to my company's difficult and confusing web-hosting transition. When we outgrew the space and features offered by our prior host, One On One's Andy Camarata helped us make the move smoothly, saw to it that our tech inquiries were responded to rapidly, and provided outstanding first-class service, advice, and personal assistance to help straighten out all the confusing (for some of us) issues surrounding domain name transfer and web-hosting setup. One On One's Control Panel interface is well designed and its features are informative and easy to use. Calls for tech assistance were returned promptly and personally, and the transitional difficulties we had were handled swiftly, successfully, and, above all, courteously (with a refreshing touch of humor and camaradarie). This is the kind of service that makes a real difference to those who value a good working relationship with their web-host, and we think we've found the best.
